Daily Newsletter 4:24:18

Good morning y’all:

Happy Awesome Tuesday, the stock market continues to be on the slow, low volume, and no momentum for me to make any profit. That being said, my eyes are always on each stock that does make a move and before chasing it, I look for reasonings such as, chart patters, or creditable news behind the move. If none of the two meet my requirements, I will pass on trading it. So, today is another day to look for possible predictable reasonings before jumping on the stock. Staying safe, and trading with my head on first before my heart is essential in trading these garbage penny stocks.

Today’s Market Briefing:

Futures were higher this morning after a mixed Monday saw the Dow fall for a fourth straight session. If futures hold up, the Dow would avoid its first five-day skid in over a year. However, the major averages remain on pace for a positive April. (CNBC)

Six Dow components lead this morning’s corporate earnings: 3M (MMM), Caterpillar (CAT), Verizon (VZ), United Technologies (UTX), Travelers (TRV), and Coca-Cola (KO). Coke reported quarterly profit of 47 cents per share, a penny higher estimates. Revenue also beat. (CNBC)
